Payment methods

• Instant online credit card payment: When choosing this payment method, the checkout page will prompt you to fill in your credit card information. Please fill it in completely so that it can be verified with the bank. Supports VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards from various banks.
• Cash on delivery at convenience stores is not available.

Delivery method

• Your order will be processed immediately after payment is confirmed, and the product will be shipped the next day. You will receive your ordered goods within 3 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• Domestic convenience store orders: Goods will be shipped to 7-Eleven or FamilyMart for pickup. (Note: Due to size restrictions at convenience stores, if the volume of the ordered items exceeds the pickup size limit (such as large bags and related items), the convenience store pickup service will not be available.)
• Domestic delivery orders: delivered by Hsinchu Logistics or Black Cat Delivery.
• Delivery is limited to all counties and cities on the main island of Taiwan.
• If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you within two business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

Return and exchange policy

① Application period: For any product purchased from the 2XU Taiwan official website, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days (inclusive) of receiving the product via the 2XU official LINE@ .

② After the logistics arrangement and processing time application is confirmed, the logistics will pick up the package within 2–7 business days.
Goods acceptance takes approximately 10–14 business days. Upon successful acceptance, the following will be provided:
‣ Exchange: A new product will be shipped immediately.
‣ Returns: The refund process will be initiated immediately upon acceptance (based on the original payment method). The refund is expected to be completed within 7–10 business days, and the actual crediting time will depend on the issuing bank's procedures.
The days for receiving and accepting documents do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

③ Return and Exchange Conditions To protect your rights, please ensure that the product meets the following conditions:
▪ The product is unused, unwashed, and free from stains or odors.
▪ The product tags, instruction manual, inner and outer packaging, and gifts are all intact.
▪ Please place the product in an outer cardboard box or bag for return. Do not attach the receipt directly to the original box or bag.
▪ Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened.
▪ Products must remain in a state where they can be relisted for sale.

④ Other Notes ▪ If a second or subsequent return is made, a processing shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged.
▪ For applications submitted more than 7 days ago, returns can still be processed if the product still meets the above conditions and customer service agrees.
▪ If the goods do not meet the requirements after inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request.
