Payment and delivery methods

Instant online credit card payment : When choosing this payment method, the checkout page will prompt you to fill in your credit card information. Please fill it in completely so that it can be verified with the bank. Supports VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards from various banks.
Cash on delivery at convenience stores is not available .

Your order will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation, and the product will be shipped the next day. You will receive your ordered goods within three to seven business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Domestic convenience store orders : Goods will be shipped to 7-Eleven or FamilyMart for pickup. (Note: Due to size restrictions at convenience stores, if the volume of the ordered items exceeds the pickup size limit (such as large bags and related items), the convenience store pickup service will not be available.)
Domestic delivery orders : delivered by Hsinchu Logistics or Black Cat Delivery.
Delivery is limited to all counties and cities on the main island of Taiwan.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you within two business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
