Delivery method

• Your order will be processed immediately after payment is confirmed, and the product will be shipped the next day. You will receive your ordered goods within 3 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• Domestic convenience store orders: Goods will be shipped to 7-Eleven or FamilyMart for pickup. • Domestic delivery orders: delivered by Hsinchu Logistics or Black Cat Delivery.

Return Policy

① Application period: For any product purchased from the 2XU Taiwan official website, you can apply for a return within 7 days (inclusive) of receiving the product via the 2XU official LINE@ .

② After the logistics arrangement and processing time application is confirmed, the logistics will pick up the package within 2–7 business days.
Goods acceptance takes approximately 10–14 business days. Upon successful acceptance, the following will be provided:
‣ Returns: The refund process will be initiated immediately upon acceptance (based on the original payment method). The refund is expected to be completed within 7–10 business days, and the actual crediting time will depend on the issuing bank's procedures.
The days for receiving and accepting documents do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

③ Return Policy To protect your rights, please ensure the product meets the following conditions:
▪ The product is unused, unwashed, and free from stains or odors.
